What are those trim pieces above the headlights? What do you guys think about that look? I'm thinking it might go good with my headlight wipers on my 323...
Those're called the headlight eyebrows/eyelids. I used to have one - they called it Scheinwerferblenden in German. I sold mine (that I got from German eBay several years ago) earlier this year. Material is fiber glass. Sold it because I no longer owned E21.

I like the Motorsport one, followed by the 320is.

Just me. No Euro bumpers on my car, though.

I have the over the bumper zender kitthat came with the car, it's ok, if I could find an under the bumper one I would get it(If I had any money). I already have to by a replica piece for my missing zender piece if I want to keep what I have. I'm afraid to find out what years of having that kit on the car has done to the euro bumpers...

I vote Kamei also. The Motorsport, BBS, and Hella IMO not pleasing to my eye.

Oh... and those wheels have too many lug holes.

mine is a zender and it's stamped zender on the back of every piece as well. Mine is an over the bumper kit but they made an under the bumper one that looked almost the same. I'm going to have to look at getting my fogs flush like in that pic looks alot better than my ugly fogs....

I take it that's why everyone suspected zender. Even the bmw wreckers lol.
Yes i agree my front spoiler is one of a few i've seen on an e21 and i think it looks a lot nicer having flush fogs. no offence. but hang downs look a little tacky like a "cheap mod" which i know they're not but they move easily and not many people notice so they're not straight etc.

I have a BBS but needs repair. Its got cracks and as out of shape. As it is made ot of different material than normal bumpers what is the best way to repair and straighten. I tried leaving in the sun with a brick on the inside to straighten but no good. Hot water?? Or is there no hope? Pay someone??

wow just looking over this thread again, i see no love for the iS air dam! i think it looks great. and for the abundance of them around, is a great affordable option.

It's not that the IS spoiler sucks or anything. I think it looks really cool, especially w/o a bumper. The motorsport one way out rocks it though. Hands down!

Just to keep beating this up. Another vote for the IS spoiler. Although, only if it's painted on the crease line. Then I'm a big fan of the Kamei and BBS.

I've had three e21's over the past 35 years and four different air dams on them. They range from an Alpina on my "77 320i to a factory "is" spoiler and a Zender on my "83. But the one I like best is the BBS.

Here's why: From a pure design standpoint, both the Zender and the BBS reinforce the strong horizontal lines in the stock front grille AND the horizontal lines of the rear panel between the taillights, but the aerodynamic lines on the BBS complement the other stock panels on the e21 better than the Zender. The combination I've settled on is the BBS with Zender/e30 side skirts and the Zender rear skirt. Again, I think the lines flow from front to rear better than any other combination of aftermarket parts:

    Hey guys,

Missing the Hartge spoiler in the discussion here !

I voted BBS as my favourit was not listed :

    it's a Zastrow (small but well-known German fiberglass-manufacturer in the '70s and '80s)

    Cheers

(PS: no, its not for sale ;-) . It is in fact the only one I've ever seen)

    E39 and E21.
I was going to get a Motorsport bumper but decided to keep my NOS Hella unit and go with Euro bumpers. Might also go with Hella front grills/lights too.
