Couple of things needed to answer this:
Mille Miglia - what model? Most 16" will not clear the brake calipers in the front of an M3
What are the offsets / widths? This one is most important
Further, you may want to post this in the regular e46 form, as the M3 is a bit more flexible on winter fitment in terms of width and offset spacing, due to the wider arches.
shit i meant to post this on e46 regular forum.
i dont know model number. they are ugly, think it says something 1000 on the center pieces.
mille miglia 1000. 16x7 i think

1000 is not the model. Mille in Italian is 1000, named after the old race in Italy. The logo has an arrow with 1000 in it.
