You will note the difference is not the bracket, but just the bushing. Just like the E36, the difference between a standard non-M and the M3 is the bushing material itself, not a difference in geometry or any other dimension (the sole exception being the '95 M3 with unique offset bushings, but MZ3 never shared that).
They've proven to be rock-solid. We had made an early update where the bearings were pre-lubed, but that's it.

It can be disassembled and re-lubed if it seems necessary... but given the design, the lubrication is mostly captive and should last a very long time.
This exploded view video (E46 version, but the only difference is the hole shape) gives you an idea how they come apart, the rear retainer is a spring clip that can be removed with a clip tool or pick:
