A bit presumptuous. I am the second owner. First was a woman out of PA. She had those 16" horrible looking stock wheels, ambers, and a pin stripe on the car...

Now I'm guessing that someone with tastes like that would have that stuff on the car may not be an enthusiast thus leading me to believe that car was purchased with the leather seats and thus it is stock from BMW.

So to answer your question I'll reply with I don't know, the cloth seats are cool, too bad they weren't for someone to take them out and unfortunately/fortunately the car actually came that way.

Thanks for looking though and perhaps next time you may want to rephrase your post in this manner, "Did the car have cloth seats, and if so, why did you take them out?"

Nowhere did I indicate you took them out... it's a bit "presumptuous" of you to assume so.

I appreciate the suggestion, be assured it was deeply taken to heart.

Sell it cheaper? Always helps speed up the process...

    lol, touche...

Things are a little rough right now... perhaps I'm taking life a bit too seriously thanks to my impending "lay off" at work (stupid real estate market)...

I don't know how much cheaper I'm willing to go as I owe more than I'm asking, but if someone wanted to discuss price and was interested soon I could probably work a little...

    Thanks for the advice.

They wouldn't because this car never had them to begin with seeing as how it's not an actual m tech. There were only 150 of them and they were all '94 alpine white 325s. BMW put M bumpers on late model e36s with sports pkg.
11.5 for a 328 with a 106k seems a bit of stretch too. 10.5 would be more realistic.

Really? I never realized that BMW only put M bumpers and side skirts on late model sport packaged cars... They also threw the "M" trim on there too???

From what I understood this is a late model M-Tech...

Nonetheless I would agree that 10.5 is a fair price for a Stock or close to stock car of this vintage and mileage, in fact, kbb agrees with you. However I purchased the almost a year ago (Nov 2006) and have added over $5000 in parts that make the car perform in a manner somewhere between other 328s and stock M3s.

I'm hoping someone will agree that 11.5 is fair, but again, I have never said that is my firm price. I'd just like to see the car sell in a month or so.

    Thanks all for looking though!!

Yes, three spoke steering wheel, m3 moldings and bumpers/skirts. They still came with those 16" double spoke 328 wheels, standard 3 series side mirrors, sport package seats, etc. M-techs came out before M3s and had 17" BBS wheels, all M3 body parts and interior.

It's just that you can find actual M3s in that price range, and since you seemed like you wanted to get rid of it quick I suggested a more realistic price. Those mods aren't anything special so I doubt that they would bring much $ back. Your best bet would be to sell the exhaust, wheels and a few other small things separately.

    Interesting on the M-tech history.

Funny that you don't think those mods are anything special since they are $5000+ in parts (including the wheels).

    Thanks...

What would your mom need to give in??

I can teach you how to drive a manual.. That's the easy part. Convincing your mom is the tough part.

The car is right now at Kensington Autoworks. The corner of Rte 150 and Rte 107. Get her to take you over there for you to take a look. Ask for Owen (he's the owner) he has a key and has the car up for sale for me.
