    I just changed mine, thanks for the tutorial. Mine was also very easy. No need to mess with exhaust or tranny mount. My car was developing a slight vibration at highway speeds over the last couple of months. I knew it wasn't tire balance. The new guibo seems to have fixed it. Here is a pic of mine, a bit worse than op's. It had about 6 cracks. Pic shows worst one because it's making it's way onto perimeter surface.

    110k P.S. the tranny mounts look perfect, so I didn't change them out. Maybe PO did. My rationale is that they are so accessible I can do it anytime.
    P.P.S.: The bad one is made by SGF, part # GAB 82, so it's probably not original, meaning it may not have lasted very long. It looked good only 12k miles ago, when I bought the car. Since I've not heard of SGF from known suppliers, maybe it's an inferior product. Seems to be available on Amazon or Ebay.
