Greetings fellow Hawaii Bimmer fanatics.
I am in need of a mobile mechanic that can check on my M30 valves in my '91 735iL.
I gave the car to my dad because it was way safer than his Infiniti G35. He passed away this past 9/11.
So I'm s..l..o..w..l..y getting it ready to be a daily again.
Mahalo in advance.
I hope you are all well and healthy.

Condolences on the passing of your father. I lost my mother in Feb 2022 and my sister 6 weeks earlier, so I know how it feels.
As for a mobile mechanic, where is the car located? The only mobile guy I can think of that did BMWs is Tim Knight, but I am not sure he does that anymore. That said, unless you are keeping it for sentimental reasons, repairs will far outweigh the value of the car.

if they can make service for Porsche, they also can do it for BMW
Shogun tricks and tips for the E32 series are HERE!
German Auto is Scott Schulte who is retired in the PNW.
European Auto was sold by Creighton years ago.
Air Cooled had a big fire years ago and I don't think they re-opened.
I believe John Burke is working on aircraft.
Motor Werkes isn't taking new customers as they are retiring.
That said, there is A&A Motorwerkes, started about 20 years ago by two former BMW HNL shop foremen. There is also Ken at Hawaii Vintage Workshop, who was a member here. Unfortunately, none are mobile.
