Rear brake line replacement

I replaced my pads. rotors, fluid and brake lines this weekend. I'm putting on stainless steel lines.

I ran into a problem on the rear brake lines.
One of the lines is frozen, can't loosen it.

It even started rounding off with a flare nut wrench.

Any suggestions, experience? The fronts were simple.

Same thing happened to me, and I just ordered a new center brake pipe, bracket, and clips. You'll have to bend the new pipe to shape though, and be sure not to crimp it in the process.
