    Chapter 6- Test..1..2.. Test..1..2..
    Self explanatory-

Simply a test fit. Dropped in pretty smoothly. The engine is ginormous compared to the M50, and it took some maneuvering to get it into place.. but it mounts right up.

What were the mounts that you ended up using? E36 M3 or MZ3?

Damn, that was a quick response. I read the entire post and it was not clear to me, so I asked. That is what forums are for, are they not?

Thanks. Im still trying to figure out how to keep the AC. No body else has done it so far, afaik. The problem is the AC lines interfereing with the headers. Note that in the pic, the headers arent on.

But I think we have a solution

Sweeet. It looks great in there.

+1 for ditching AC.. does it really get that hot out there? Plus.. you have an S54.. that means you can roll down the windows and have air flowing through even QUICKER. Who needs an AC with an S54?

Cant wait to see this progress more.

Like I said, Im trying to do a swap that will make the swap more popular.. if every guy who did an S50/2 swap lost his AC, I dont think there would be as many.
It gets very hot here, btw

Im not opposed to ditching the AC though.. but why remove it if I can keep it?
