Have you tried BAV Auto or even Z Solutions?

Check out www.cocomats.com. They make fantastic custom mats in a variety of patterns. They are a little pricey and take a while to get, but I have no doubt mine will outlive the car. The fit is excellent as well.

Love my cocomats. The only downside is weight... they're heavy.

I have Lloyd Mats, I can't remember where i ordered them from, but I love them! Mine are dark blue to match my exterior, and have my name embroidered in them in black stitching (It's a little hard to see... looking back i'd have used a different color for the embroidery..) But I love them, For easy sunday driving they're as soft as carpet in your house (they're actually the same thing, I think..) and i take my shoes off and its amazing, otherwise they're really tough mats. I live out in the country and i get them quite dirty getting in and out of the car, take them out and run my vac and shampoo them quick like I would interior carpet and they're good as new.

Like I said, can't remember where I got them, but shouldn't be hard to find. Think I paid in the neighborhood of $75 for the pair, and the fit perfectly (slightly bigger than stock ones, fit flush to seat mount brackets and pedals and the like, and they have the hooks to keep them in place).

    Just my $.02 though!
