Piston ring gap help - pros chime in

My Wiseco rings show the following gap specs below. Just want some additional insight.

    1) Despite the applications listed, what do you guys say represents the conditions that are best representative of a street driven boosted M3 3.2?
    2) I also noticed that my pistons require .003 clearance so technically my bore = 87mm + .003". Should I use that effective bore size in calculating ring gap below?

Application (multiply bore in inches which is 87mm or 3.4521" for me)
    Top Ring
    Second Ring

    High-Performance Street / Strip
    .0045”
    .0055”
    Street-Moderate Turbo / Nitrous
    .0050”
    .0055”
    Late Model Stock
    .0050”
    .0055”

I had .028/.30" ring gap and that was wayy to big I would have to wait til my car was fully warmed up to drive. Now I am going to try .020/22

    3.45* isnt correct

    87mm=3.42519685"
    3.42519685+0.003=3.42819685
    .0050" * 3.42519685=0.0171259843
    .0050" * 3.42819685=0.0171409843

    I doubt it really matters

I am trying to get my engine put together this weekend. Been sitting for way tooo long. Yes Eagle H beams in my sig. Old rods were sold on ebay.

I really want to make sure I have the proper gap for a turbo S52. My gap was about .015 before filing. That ain't much just from eyeballing and I don't know enought about how these things behave under engine temps and driving.

FYI for you wiseco guys, these are the instructions for the XX series ring sets. Mine came with generic instructions.
The lipped ring is the Second ring and goes with the edge-cut down
The Oil expander goes on first and the 2 oil rails sandwich and lock into the oil expander, really neat fitting group:

What gap did you end up going with?

What did you use to file the rings?
