    BMW Fairfax vs BMW Sterling

Hey all...just wanted to see some opinions on which you think is the better service dept. I've only experienced BMW Fairfax and haven't had that many complaints about them at all. So far have had to bring it in for minor maintenance stuff.

Also, which service advisors do you give high marks to? I've used Peyton (not sure how u spell it) and he seemed pretty good and nice.

Only if you're a guy. That Chris fellow treated my wife like crap and dicked her around all so he could take a drive in my car when the only thing that needed to be repaired was the rearview mirror autodimmer. What a piece of shit! I NEVER had that problem at BMW of Fairfax.

been to BMW of fairfax a few times to test drive some stuff. They seemed pretty nice, not really high pressure or anything. Sales people(politically correct) knew what they were talking about. Mercedes people are still nicer though. BMW of sterling. Well, iv driven by it and it seemed ok.

Thanks for the info. I'm surprised this wasn't a more active topic. I had read some thread a long time ago which went into some detail about DC area dealerships and service advisors and since I couldn't find it I was hoping to re-create it.

Thanks again from this newbie! :
