There is no In-N-Out in Texas because there are no distribution centers close enough. In-N-Out doesn't freeze it's beef or cheese, which makes it really difficult to extend the range from the slaughterhouses and dairys.

Every store gets restocked every other day, and when I worked for the company back in 01, every store in CA, AZ, and NV was being served by only two distro centers.

Every store is owned by one family, specifically, one woman (if she's still kicking around). Esther Snyder. No franchises. The company has an internal quality control gestapo death squad known as QFC. Federal, State, and local health controls have nothing on QFC. Random checks, generous positive reinforcement and, sometimes, brutal negative reinforcement make sure every store is ship-shape at all times.

If you get In-N-Out burgers and you don't plan on eating them for more than 20 minutes after receiving them... you should either ask for them without spread (it's very sensitive to temperature/heat/time)... or go buy some food at mcdonalds.

Yes but you have Sonic which is much better so you win in the end.

60ish miles inland from san francisco, or 55ish miles inland from silicon valley.

Oddly enough, one of the In-N-Out warehouses is in Tracy.

I remember when In-N-Out was a So. Cal only deal. My cousins from Nor. Cal couldn't wait to get down here to get some In-N-Out.

I work in Baldwin Park at the Kaiser right by In-N-Out U and the distribution center. They own like every block there. The original INO is still up, although it's now fenced off.
