E36 Rear Headrest Retro-fit, Black

I've got a great set of Black Leather Rear Headrests for an E36. I would rate them 9.5 out of 10. The only reason they aren't a perfect ten is because the leather is not as soft as I think it should be. They are great plus, you get the all 4 posts, 4 matching black covers, and 4 clips to secure the posts in your car. I just did this project and it was a great way to make my car look a lot more classy.

Everything is there. All you have to do is remove a handful of panels and trim pieces, remove four plugs (that go right back in), and punch a couple holes in your rear deck parcel.

Like I said, I did this in my car and it looks great. The picture is down below. I am in college and going through finals right now. I needed some time away from the textbooks. It took me about 1.5 hours. Most of the time was spent cutting the holes through my existing rear deck parcel.

These look un-used. I'm actually looking for the sand/beige color headrests as shown in your photo. Any ideas on where to find a set would be appreciated.

Thanks, they are in great condition. I was lucky to get such a great looking set. But, I don't have any need for them now, because the car I was going to install them in is gone. I wish that I had a set of tan ones for you, but I just put them in my car. Just keep an eye out on the forums. That's what I did.

I picked these up on the forums and did the install into my 325is that didn't have them originally. I strongly believe that you can put these in any E36 that had them or not. All the things that I was selling made a complete retrofit. I will see if I can write up a diy for it some time. If you have any questions PM me.
