Hi guys and ladies!
I have few problems with my 2002 E39 530D. The automatic transmission in my bimmer is gone and I fix the problem with manual transmission I read Gearginder's DIY posted on this forum (god bless you for this post ) and completed the conversion. At the moment I do not have reverse light, cruice control and PDC.
Until now I changed:
DDE program using DIS (basic part 77 89 376 and prog. nr from 77 89 424 to 77 89 631)
To change the GM and SA codes i used NCSexpert. I changed codes in EWS, IKE, DSC, LCM, GM, IHKA, PDC, LCM.
Oryginal GM code: 51810000
new code 51710000
Oryginal SA code: 28011C91553007A4
new code: 28001C91553007A4
I changed transmission to manual in IKE i code it with NCSexpert.
I made the wire harness for clutch switch and reverse gear switch. I used schematics from www.bmw-planet.net.

Reverse gear switch takes ground from body and the signal goes to pin 16 on DDE unit.
The clutch switch is connected in this way:

Sensor takes 12V after ignition and ground. Signal goes to DDE unit to pin 23. I have not yet checked this connection because reverse light have higher priority
I was looking for singnals 'reverse engaged' and 'clutch swich' in INPA. Reverse engaged is always 'off' and clutch switch is always 'on'.
What I did wrong? Where should I look for the problem?

Okay, I will check connection between DDE and IKE. If connection exist I'll try to give a signal directly to the IKE.

Connection between DDE and IKE doesn't exist. Today I made this connection and reverse light works! PDC works too I think that moderator can close this thread. Thanks for help!
