I tracked my 2.8l Dinan system for 3yrs and 25,000mi. Stock 6.5psi setup was dead reliable. Heatsoak sets in but you really don't notice it due to all the other G loads going on - braking/cornering. You get used to the acceleration quickly and don't notice the drop in power so much. Mechanical reliability was dead on. no problems whatsoever. I have three other friends with the Dinan setup and one RMS with no problems to date.
Just don't go monkeying around and up the boost and take it to the track. That's where your reliability goes down the tube.
