How many labor hours for an auto to manual swap?

My M3 auto is toast and I'm starting to locate all the hardware I will need for the swap, but I have heard different stories about labor time. Some say 30 hours and others say as little as 6 hours labor. 6 hours seems way two low, but I was hoping some one on this board could give me some real life numbers.
    Thank you for any info.
