3" custom exhaust, quieter muffler that flows needed

Does anyone have a recommendation for a quiet good flowing muffler to replace my Eisenmann Race muffler? I went with a custom 3" exhaust with Vibrant Quiet resonator and high flow metallic cats. The sound is simply awesome - deep, burbley and tight. I think it's just a little bit over the top for me however (definitley a head turner).

Induktion Motorsports in Hanover, MD did the exhuast. Very impressed with their work.

    Here a some pics:

vibrant offer silencers for their line of exhaust, also the 2 - 1 collector no offense is at a horrible approach.

I am guessing the angle of the 2 to 1 approach affects flow?

That transition will also severely impact the sound it makes - is it real raspy and bright sounding?

thanks. appreciate the input. i keep looking at the angle and comparing it to some typical y pipes. it is a harsher than most of them i see out there... say Burns, but i also see some that are comparable or close.

to OP, i got a good solution for you - two birds with one stone:

let the shop cut out a piece of that -( merge and put a 2into1 small muffler instead. Get a good quality muffler/resonator for this that will have a good unrestrictive merge inside.

this will make it merge better and will quiet it down even more.

The welds are TIG'd and that thing looks sick. As far as flow, If you dyno'd with that, then went to a straight pipe, I would bet the gains would be very minimal.

BTW, in the first pic the welds are not ground down, it's just that clean.
