The NYT has been on the war path, looks like the WSJ (a conservative newspaper) is joining in.

this article was also printed on page 26 of this month's ROUNDEL (Jan, '03). I don't think the point of the article was to bash BMW, but rather poke fun at the people that think they are entitled to everything under the sun because they have a warranty. ie. seat should be replaced because an obese man wore it out, another example would be: someone thinking they should get a free tire replaced if they drove over a nail and got a flat tire.
