Custom painted engine stuff (parts aren't rare but the paint job is):

Racing Dynamics R55 Class II adjustable splitter (I believe it is still available from Germany, at a rediculously high price and a 3-4 month wait)

AC Schnitzer Kevlar rear wing w/ brake light &
Breyton V2 rear spoiler (pretty sure it's the only one on the entire forum):

Thats why I was like , I can't remember where i read it, but I do know that not very many were produced, and none were ever installed from the factory. Number prolly is wrong, but I'm sure its not too far off, it is certainly a rare piece nonetheless.

I had researched it before and posted about it, best anyone could guess is it was a battery killswitch used for shipping, and they forgot to remove it when it got off the boat

it is still tied off, so it has never been turned off though.
Those are supposed to be removed during PDI prior to the car's delivery.... someone didn't do their job haha

Carreraboy....every time you post more pics of your car and I get to see more of the details it just blows me away. The hydraulic ebrake...nice. And that CF airbox...just sick. Is that an authentic Motorsport piece? I've got an authentic CF DTM airbox for the S14 that I am eventually going to put into my '72 2002. Here's some pics from when I was test fitting the engine and airbox in my 02:

It even has an additional fuel rail and injector bungs for 4 extra injectors on the underside of each runner. Unfortunately, that project is on hold for now...

Oh, as for the kill switches posted...yes they're the battery kill switches that were installed on every car when they're shipped here. They're supposed to be removed as part of a proper Pre delivery inspection (PDI). Someone just messed up and didn't do their job properly...lol. I've removed a few of these during PDI's...been thinking baout taking one and installing it on my car just to have...

Back to the topic at hand...My car's got quite a few pretty rare pieces. The ACS CLS widebody kit for one...as well as the mirrors and other ACS pieces.
Don't see too many of the ACS Type II steering wheels out there either (don't mind the dirty interior)...

Another thing I haven't seen very many people have...an Authentic AC Schnitzer Carbon Fiber front strut tower brace:

Some other stuff to mention...ACS Short Shift Kit, ACS Racing Coilover Suspension and ACS roof spoiler (not that rare)...

328iJunkie...just a note for your Euro coolant overflow tank conversion...The euro E36 M3's coolant expansion tank is the same part number as the coolant expansion tank used on the later 6cyl E30's. I'm planning the same swap on my car as part of my cooling system overhaul to make room for a custom fan shroud and electric puller fan (already have the fan delete)...but I digress...
