Dead pixels can be fixed by sending your radio in, or there is a DIY link at xoutpost.com, looks somewhat difficult
Not sure what the seat belt buzzer is..?
The trunk clunk can be fixed really easily, if you open the rear hatch, on the L and R edges you will see black circle "bumpers", those can be adjusted in and out. just make sure they are further out, which will make a tighter connection

thanks dude will try that trunk thing
yeah i saw the radio thing
and the seat belt buzzer trying to stop it from buzzing i know wear my seatbelt heard it a thousand times just looking for a way around that
if that doesnt work try putting the soft side of velco on either side of the latch that is on the upper tailgate. that worked for my old x5
it sounds like its comming from the inside flap (skid plate)on the lower tailgate

hi everyone! im looking at an 2004 X5 with 85k... do you guys know any common problems or service that should be done or needs to be done soon on this X5? Thanks and also can someone explain what a control arm is?
thanks and hope to join your family soon!
Hi Folks.
I'm Brian, living out in Abu Dhabi. Looking at a 2001 X5 4.4i. Looks clean enough and I have all the receipts for the changes over the last 10 years, doesn't look like a cheap car to run, but for the price if it'll last 18months it'll be cheaper than a Toyota Corolla rental. I only have one question on this, at what intervals do the belts need changed? This one has 148k miles and I can't find a link anywhere that has the servicing/maintenance intervals for it. Any help appreciated!
