Hello all, I'm a freshman mechanical engineer in need of some dire help. I'm in a CAD class and have chosen to make the new M5's V10 for my final project. I have managed to reengineer it using pictures and the press anouncement, but have run into trouble trying to get the right firing order and the camshaft timing as well. If any of you know the S85's firing order, how the cylinders are numbered, and if there is any difference between the intake and exhaust camshafts other than their orientation I would be highly grateful. I'll post pictures of the project once it's done if there is any interest.
Thanks for your help!

Wow - awesome idea for your project. Unfortunately I have no idea where to find that info. Hopefully someone on here does.

A moderator can delete or merge this thread with the one in the M5 and 5-series forum; I've uploaded pictures of my project to that thread and have no further need for this one.
Sorry for the trouble
