Side Skirt Issue

The other day I got out of the car and my foot cought the side skirt and popped out one of white clips. The clip is still connected to the inner hole on the skirt panel, but the wide part of the clip that connects to the outer skirt panel came undone from the outer skirt.
My question is can this be popped back onto the outer skirt without removing the skirt from the car.

Yes, unless the one of the clips is actually broken (high probability). Just beat on it with a little pressure. It might help to use a flashlight and pull the skirt from the body slightly to make sure the clips are intact/lined up. A good tap will probably snap the clip back in place.

I have pulled the skirt out, and it does not appear to be broken, I'll give it a try.
