Questions about rieger kit and Eibach pro kit

hey wassup guys i have a few questions that need to be answered concerning both the real infinity 1 front and eibach pro kit.
1.) Does the infinity 1 front come with detachable moldings? because i see everyones painted and looks like they are built on the kit?
2.) how low will the kit be on my 3.25i sedan if i have stock 16s with eibach pro kit?

    any help will be great
    thanks guys!

1). the authenic infinity 1 front bumper doesn't have removable moldings.

    2) Can't tell u the exact height. but i can say this setup is more practical than the M3 bumper+infinity 1 lip combo.

16's w/ large profile are auctually bigger than 17's w/ 40 profile. Authentic Rieger front moldings are part of the bumper so they can't be removed and thus you will need to make custom brackets for it like you would the replica. Inifinity 1 is lower than m3 but not lower than m3 w/ rieger lip.
Right now on my stock 328 front, H&R springs, and 17's i have about 6 inches of clearance. Im not sure how much i will have w/ rieger front but i will let u know w/e i do it (custom brackets are a bitch to do and are expensive)

i'd upgrade the wheels to 17s before i did a rieger kit.

the kit would just look better on 17s then 16s.

plus you are upgrading performance and not just looks

if you upgraded to 17"s youd have about 3 inches on clearance i think, my friends got one on his car with stock suspension, about 5 inches of clearance

i was wondering the same thing. I was thinking about getting this lip. I have the eiback pro kit w/ bilstein and w/ 18s and my M3 bumper lip is sraping on dips and driveways. My clearence is about the height of some low K-swiss( shoe brand incase u dont know)

hehe just as long as your can get around town its cool, my cf dtm lip was about 2 inches off the ground, the lower the better i think
but if youre not a good driver and arent careful about it i dont recommend it, i have this same setup and with my m3 bumper it was
a good 4-5 incehs off the ground, and with the dtm lip about 2, with the e46 m3 look bumper i have plenty of clearance

I thought that the real Rieger kit came with mounting brackets.

come with sliders but no brackets to hold it onto the bumper, so a custom bracket would have to be made

hmm....would it be better to just go real m3 front bumper and then rieger lip then?

what would more cost effect and better fitting?

rieger is by far the best fitting aftermarket bumpers ive seen made for the bmws personally, its your preference, the m3 bumper
with infinity 1 lip will sit lower than the infinity 1 bumper, lets say the rieger one will be 5 inches, the m3 one would be a good 3
inches off the ground, personally i like the rieger look better, more clean, no line

the infinity 1 bumper is about 1 inch lower than the m3 bumper, so its quite a bit lower than the 325 stock bumper
