    Thumbs up Modified 325is vs Stock 328is **VIDEOS**

    Both cars are 5spds...the 328is is debaffled and has a K&N filter, but nothing else... 325is has intake, m3 exhaust, cat-delete and chip. Couple rolls from 1st gear and a couple from the highway.

    That pissed me off too...being new to the whole bmw scene, I thought (according to the engine spec page) that the 325is would smoke him...

    Would those 2 mods alone be enough to equalize the 325 to the 328?

    hard to say.. some NA 325s are quick. There are two guys in the PNW that I know of that walk 328s pretty easily... in fact, I have a video of one beating up on an E46 328...

    in which runs?

    in the 1st gear slow rolls we went to about the middle of 3rd or so, maybe less and then let off... so like 80mph or so.
    In the highway runs, we went from like 50mph or so up to about 90-100mph until letting off.

    i like the videos, but i get different results...i have a chip and an intake, and i always beat my best friends 328i. both are 5 speeds, and i dont think my car is one of those factoy freaks we hear about, nor do i think his car is a dog..maybe this 325 got beaten on and dont run well?
