Any way to add head unit and keep on board computer?

Is there any way to keep the existing on board computer and controls while changing the head unit. I want better sound, but I am unsure about losing my bells and whistles.

I've relocated several OBC's over to the glovebox. You don't need it though...

How much trouble is it and do you have any pictures of this?

Easy and no.... Sorry. It's pretty commonplace. You'll obviously need to extend the wiring over to the glovebox. I would recommend soldering the wire extensions.
