WTB-E36 Hood latch

The one that was on there rusted and froze up on me. Now my Bimmer is grounded until I get that fixed. I will either buy it or I can trade it for some Monster cable stuff if anyone is interested.

Which part is corroded? The top or bottom. I have the lower half of the hood latches in excellent condition if you need.

51 23 8 122 269 left lower hood lock (driver side)
51 23 8 122 270 right lower hood lock (passenger side)

Shoot! I need the top half. The part with the hook. THe part that you depress after you release the latch inside the car.
