Taken with a Sony Alpha DSLR, love the camera and love the car even more! The GPS with the (secret) perspective mode on is amazing!
Yes, that is a sticking point, however when you enable split screen (which is the way I usually keep it when navigating), it will show you the street you are on and the street you turn onto next on the top and bottom of the right portion of the screen. I'm surprised that the BMW GPS system is just as good if not better than my Tom Tom, except the Tom Tom does have more voices, colors for maps, and shows street names in perspective view.
By the way, thanks! I really like to even just look at the car, and driving it is euphoric! I've been a BMW nut for life, and I owned a Z3 back in the day (meaning 5 weeks ago), and noticed that BMW loved to call it a roadster, and the bottom of the door opening said "roadster" and stuff like that, but with the Z4 they have removed this alltogether, calling it simply the Z4. The Z3 M version was called the M roadster, while the Z4 M version is called simply the Z4M (even though I would argue that MZ4 sounds better and makes more sense). They stopped making Z3's in '02. Has anyone else seen BMW refer to the new M's as M roadsters? Just wondering, because I'm slightly confused.

Cool pix. I can't wait until I have enough posts to get mine on.

I've owned two Z4 M Coupes since August 2007. The first one was Interlagos Blue and was returned to the dealer after I discovered some undisclosed poorly repaired paint damage.
The second one is Imola Red and has seen five driving school track days since September.

Sweeet - when I saw you in late July early August at PIR you were still driving the earlier series ///m Coupe and complaining at me about not driving my 3.0si out on the track yet.

got traded-in on the Interlagos Blue Z4 M Coupe which morphed into the Imola Red one.
I'm still having seller's remorse as the tail-happy, bad attitude Z3 M Coupe was such a fun car to drive. The Z4 M Coupe is so much more civilized and does everything you ask of it very calmly and with precision.

Thanks for the offer, but I'll live with the civilized, boring Z4MC and satisfy my need for speed by driving an E30 325i race car.

I took some pictures of my two over the holiday.
You had your entire life to prepare for today.
Are they both black? How will you pick which one to drive?
One's a convertible and one's a coupe.
But the roadster will be gone soon, anyway. I couldn't trade it in on my M Coupe because I bought the car long distance, so I'll sell it locally. I just have to decide if I want to wait until it's warmer and demand goes up, or sell it now and use the money for mods.

Definately wait until spring. I bought my 2006 in December and had to haggle on my 2003 trade. I would have waited but needed the money to pay down the purchase.
i love the Z4 coupes, just never could find a good used one around
A couple of my attempts at photography:
Winter wheels on for now, I'll do this again in the spring when I get some new rims. I have the original type 107 ellipse wheels, but not sure I want to keep using them.
Camera is a Nikon D50, and I'm still just learning how to use it.
i know this is z4's only but hopefully you'll make an exception for a z4 and a m3. first pix of my car the weekend i picked her up.
Here's my car....
