    stage 2+ AA turbo M50

    I just finished installing my intercooler. I end up removing my Auxiliary Fan, there wasn`t enough space and I really didn`t want to cut my reinforcemnet Completely. Didn`t seem like a good idea! here is a list of my mods:

    Engine:
    vanos m50
    m3 cams
    aa headgasket
    arp headstuds
    pauter rods
    je pistons
    ignition solutions coils

    Turbo:
    AA Stage 2+ Turbo kit
    t60-1 turbo
    3" from IC to TB
    2" from turbo to IC
    600mm X 300mm X 100mm ebay intercooler
    custom 3'' quad exhaust with hi flow magnaflow cats

    drivetrain:
    '98 m3 tranny
    '98 m3 driveshaft
    '95 m3 3.15 lsd
    Stock m3 flywheel
    eclutch master stage III clutch
    UUC short shifter

    Cooling:
    S54 rad
    alcohol/water injection

    Suspension:
    Dinan sway bars
    Dinan F strut bar
    GC camber plates
    GC coilovers with bilstein shocks
    GC RSM
    aj rear control arms

    Brakes:
    Wilwood front BBK


    I can`t wait to start the car tomarrow!!! !!!

    Thanx. This is my first Turbo charged car! I need some time to get used to it! Any ways, Today I got a chance to start the car and take it for a run! The car started fine and run well for 5 to 10 min, after that it slowly started to run richer and richer!! can this be a vacum leak?

    dyno it when you can. I've never seen an AA stage2+ 325 dyno plot and am eager to see the results!!

    I will but in 3 weeks, first I need to install my new clutch and the water alcohol injection kit. This is joey325i old car. He had it he dynod 310rwhp with a slipping clutch untuned at 13psi, with no detonation.

    Plz help me out! I shotting for 500whp with this set up, But I will be happy with 450whp aslo . Right now I am running 3" piping from IC to TB and 2" from turbo to IC, is that good enough or should I upgrade to 2'' from turbo to IC?

    I thought the garrett t60-1 turbo supports up to 600hp, correct me if I am wrong! I am planning to upgrade to a sc61 0.63, but that will be next summer!

    It shouldnt be a problem getting your car to 400 rwhp. ICS did a 406 run with just a hg gasket and arp studs. Stock 2.5 motor.

    Update!

    The car is running, But I failed the emission! It idles to high and can get it registered !! Could the high Idlel be caused by a vacum leak in the piping?

    One more thing, I have a HKS air fuel contorller, does`t need to be conected all the time?

    Shit, I remember that but I am done racing on streets specially on fri and Sat nites in down town, I just got my licence back and I am not planning on losing it.!! and yeah the project is going forward but slowly! I should have all done by 19th for the meet. Even if I don`t get every thing done, I will still show up.
