Pictures just added! Many thanks to Kevin.
No serious, finalized offers by tonight = going up on Autotrader, Cars.com...
I think mad4p8ntball tricked me. It's not selling any faster with pictures up-- let alone getting any interest, whatsoever, from this forum.
There's more interest on other forums, though.</SARCASM off>
Do people here not like 2004 Silver Gray Metallic SMG M3's? Is there something wrong with my post? (/sarcasm off)

I had an interesting phone call this morning which significantly relaxes any time constraints to complete the sale.
So, keep those offers coming!
Here's some more reasons for buying a latter-year model E46 M3:

Top of the week bump.
ASKING PRICE LOWERED: $38,500
I've been noticing more "feeler" ads and postings these days.
Be assured that I DO intend to sell this car. I will absolutely not pull this offer out due to a change of heart. This is a purely a financial decision, not an emotional one (and going broke isn't the reason-- far from it). If this wasn't the case, I would unquestionably keep the car.
With that being said, I entertain all serious offers; no low-ball or "feeler" / half-hearted offers, because I'm 100% committed to a sale very soon.
But, I'm not sure why there isn't more interest in this car.
If it helps to show that I'm serious, I've lowered my asking price.
Sale Pending.
Weekend car, yup-- weekend trips... and sometimes a shoe-in for the daily driver when the daily driver was in the shop and wasn't complainin'...
Sold!
