The OPparts rotors are made in China and to OEM specs. Honestly, they have been very reliable for us and quality seems quite good. They have a black anti-rust protective coating over the rotor "hat" area and even Brembo blanks don't have that. It's a great value honestly, I think you will be happy with them. They are the same thickness as OEM, so in theory they should last every bit as long too. The OPparts pads are supposed to be pretty decent, but I don't have as much experience with them as their rotors to be honest. Another brand to look at is Meyle. They are a German brand and quality is very good. Pricing is usually just a little more than OPparts I think. The Meyle rotors have a gray colored anti-rust protective coating over the entire rotor surface (front, back, outside edges). I'm a big fan of the Meyle rotors.
