I was looking through classified adds and I came across a nice m3. The guy replied back saying it was sold, but that he was picking up a 95 Morea Green Metallic w around 88k miles to sell. I have never heard of this color before though. Does anyone have any pics so I could see what this looks like? Im a bit hesitant, because green cars are not my thing, but he described it as a blue/green/silver mix, which sounds very interesting.
M3's never came in that color so its either a regular E36 or it was repainted. If you do a search in the rides section you will find some pics. It looks like a light bluish green color. Not a big fan of the color at all....

the closest I can think of is the britsh Racing green. often found on the PTG / CLS e36's.
this is what a Morea Green car looks like:

And according to BMW Registry the M3 never came in Morea Green.

So it's kind of a baby poop color?
For some reason I recall someone posting a 4 door morea green M3 that was special ordered. I could be wrong though..
edit: I found the thread but no one was quite sure if it was an M3 or not haha

i have a original moreagreen 1994 m3 coupe. the car was special ordered in the colour
I know an E36 328i in Moorea Green — distinctive and very attractive. Definitely wasn't ever a standard M3 color.

There was a coupe that someone had posted in the pnw subforum a few years back, I think for sale. It was a 95 if I remember right.
Here was the first time it popped up:

it popped up 2-3 years ago again and pretty sure it was legit, although hard to verify now.

Very nice.. is it indeed an OEM color? Could you special order colors from the BMW factory like at Porsche?
Don som bodywork on the car and it's Defenetly not resprayd its even matked morea inside the rear bumper. And it's a origina m3. The previus owner imported it from germany and he sad the owner befor him spesial orderd the car in morea green. so i guess it was possible.
