    HELP: fogging up ZKW headlights

I put some angel eyes into my zkw's and now one of them is fogging up when the weather gets cold/rainy. I put some silicone on the lens in each headlight before closing it back up but for some reason the passenger side headlight fogs.

How can I solve this problem and why did it fog in the first place?

I was under the impression that you dont even need that much silicone to seal up the lights after you take them out to put in angel eyes. So why is mine fogging up?

This morning I used a heat gun and held it to the glass to try and defog the lens but I ended up melting some of the paint off my eyelids instead

thanks in advance to all who reply
