well folks, I'm headed off to prepare for the journey, I may stick my head in the door one last time before bed tonight, but lets make this the official thread for trip updates and information.

Rock on Rook! Have all of your car cleaning stuff ready? Klasse "all in one" is awesome and super easy as a polish/acrylic wax. Use it all the time on my Steel Grey.

The ETA is as of yet unknown. it depends on too many things.

I WILL call Rook from 2 hours out to let him know that we are close, as well as call him from various points between.

I took tomorrow off, I just can't work! I'll be home cleaning up and getting the garage ready for its new car. I can't wait, I'm probably not going to sleep very well tonight and I'll definately have problems tomorrow night, but I can't wait to hear the progress as they come!

I just talked to Jeremy, they're already 270 miles out of 1634. They've averaged appx 70mph, including a stop for gas. They plan on taking a 1am-5am snooze and then continuing on. That puts them here between 12 and 3, depending on what kind of speed they're able to maintain. I'll keep this thread updated!

Rook, I got to see the car breifly over at Das's house last night, and it is beautiful! You won't be dissapointed! It looked like a small, angry dog next to the E39 touring.

Just talked to Das, 563 miles so far! Holy cow!! They're certainly making their way quickly. They might wake ME up tomorrow morning...
