sorry for the delay guys. I've been waiting on parts from BMW for a week now...they're coming today and I'll get all the kits on the truck tomorrow morning.

anybody I didn't get back to? email me again, please. this is a huge order build today, 10 kits I think, so I'd hate to leave anybody out.

Here's an update. I had a batch of 30 seals come in from BMW a couple weeks ago that I didn't notice were damaged. So I had already printed the shipping labels for 3 kits last week that couldn't go out.

I get the new batch of seals today and I'll make sure those kits get on the truck tomorrow.

    Sorry for this unforseen delay.

I was browsing through the group buy section and saw this thread. I got Erics kit late last year and its the best one that I have found and the cheapest too. The directions are great and straightforward and you shouldnt have any problems installing it, unless you drop a bolt or two like I did and have to search for it ;-).

The car started up no problems on the first try and I never looked back. The kit is very worth it and I highly recommend it. The shift in the power curve is so much better, as though thats how the car should have come from the factory. I was reminded about the top end power the other night going home. I had it floored in second gear going up a slight hill and it was a little wet out, the tires started spinning like crazy once the RPM's got up there, I smiled... Its like having another gear up top.

Anyways, just thought I would give props where they are due, keep up the good work Eric!

So can you just slap Eric's "Full Kit" on a completely stock S52 motor...no software, intake, 3.5" HFM, ASC delete, intake elbow and all the other stuff I've been reading about?

Or do you need all the extras I listed to really feel a gain?

I know you CAN put Eric's kit on a completely stock S52, but I guess my question would be is it worth it? How much HP could I expect, and how much of a torque loss would I experience?

it should be noticable on a stock engine. of course software and all the other stuff would help out. 3.5"hfm you will need software. id recomend at least having a cold air intake. i live in nova also, and im gonna be putting my manifold on probably next week

hey, i just finished the manifold today. after a drive, when i pull in my
driveway, i hear a slight airy noise. when i turn the car off the air noise
continues until the car makes that small puff noise(that quiet blow off
valve noise our cars make after you turn them off). any idea why itd be
doing that or what might be going on?...btw i have no check engine light on or any codes. thanks all

What do you think of the kit on your 328 after installing it? Any significant difference in power?

I am debating making the purcahse for my car, but I want some more feedback from 328 owners.

I usually have all the parts in stock but that's not really the way it works. I can't afford to build and ship these things on an as needed basis. so what I do is wait till I have about 3 orders and then I build and ship.

I usually get 3 orders a week so it's not like its a long wait. but sometimes I'm out of town and can't do anything till I get back, so it can be longer sometimes.

shipping is standard to the lower 48 states. $20 for partial kit and $25 for kit with manifold.

i fixed the T valve, auto zone/advance didnt have hose the same size as yours. the inner part was bigger than what you included so i used their hose and wrapped electrical tape around the T valve so itd fit on. just one last small leak. the break booster hose doesnt fit tightly over the manifold. it has a very small leak(you can only hear it when you turn the car off). do you know of any type of sealant that i can put on it to help seal it? it fits nicely but just isnt tight/snug enough to stop air from seeping

Don't use sealer. Use a hose clamp. Prob half inch or so would work.

Also if you need a small piece of that vac line there's usually enough on that long piece that goes to the little solenoid to cut some off and use else where.

    Couple questions:

Where in West Hills are you located?

Is local pick-up an option (i.e. no shipping costs)?

How much do you charge for install?

    Thanks a lot.

YES. I have done this to many different makes and models.

You will notice a big gain...prob %90 of its total potential. A CAI or shielded short ram is really the only other basic bolt on that helps this mod. Software does almost nothing (power wise)...at least its been nearly unmeasurable on the dynos I've seen. I have done different testing (not dyno) with my car sharked and not sharked and I cant tell the difference.
