Okay I'm going to be doing this tomorrow but want to clarify a few things. In the instructions it is said that the Crank Vent/ICV bracket needs to be modified...how exactly does it need to be modified (cut, bend, drill?)? Also what is "slightly modified" with the manifolds you are selling. My manifold has a hole, I'm not sure exactly what is supposed to go there. Heres a pic

Lastly, do you know where I can find a few more pics of the IAT sensor, crank vent, and vacuum canister and their associated wires/tubes?

    Thanks

Edit: sorry that pic is so big i dunno how to resize it

For Sale: 18-button OBC and X1071 wire connector,, black coupe mirrors, and fog light brackets

$395 shipped with a new fuel rail cover.

$360 shipped without the new cover.

    $185 shipped without the manifold.

These are sale prices and will most likely end first of the year.

    6 kits went out today.

Joe, I had to send yours USPS so there is no tracking number.

Zack, your connector went USPS too.

everyone else should've gotten their tracking numbers from quantum view.

now taking orders for next week.

If I were to install the manifold conversion kit, is there anything else that I need to upgrade also (HFM, intake, throttle body, ect.) or can I place this in a bone stock engine??

But it will work even better if you put a short ram or CAI in with it. No software is required to reap big benefits.

But I have installed it on a bone stock engine in a M Roadster and the customer was very impressed.

Another stupid question... will this upgrade delete my ASC system (b/c you delete the ASC throttle body right?), and if so, can/should I keep it?? Along with this kit, I want to add a Conforti Intake and Shark it. Any other suggestions or better ideas??

And with me being that customer, I also have to say that I put on my ECIS shortly after having Eric install his manifold kit, and it's great!

To top it all off, I took the car in for a smog check yesterday (1/3/07), ECIS on (CARB legal) with Eric's conversion, and it passed without a hitch! I just kept the car idling to keep the cats hot while I waited for my turn on the machine.

It has been a month since my install. The instructions took care of most of my questions. I had few rather specific questions for Eric that he answered promptly.

    In progress...

    All done.

The real surprise is the change in the intake sound. If you have a CAI, you will love the change. Throatier, more angry. The power boost was even noticed by my seat cover (the wife).

    Thanks again, Eric. Great service!!!

    Hi,
I'm new to this mod and from reading all the reviews, I am very interested. Just wanted to cofirm a few things before I go for it. I currently have JC software and CAI, will this bolt right to my existing TB? Thanks.

Yes it will. I provide a TB seal that is the proper size to adapt the S52 TB to the M50 manifold.

This mod will work great with the JC software and CAI!!

I am shipping kits on Wednesday this week so get your order in quick!

Yes it will. In fact I've been told that if you have a bored TB you almost have to use my TB seal because if you use the plate between the 2 seals the hole in the plate is not big enough to keep it out of the way. The edges of the plate protrude into the venturi, and it causes turbulent air flow into the manifold.

Maybe someone here can back that up.
