I just wanted to share what I thought has been an excellent experience with UUC, especially Rob Levinson's customer service skills. I can say with all honesty that I have never had a performance shop try as hard as Rob did to ensure that I was satisfied with my product/service.

I ordered a Wilwood BBK from UUC and while it was delayed due to distrubutor shortages, Rob has done everything in his power to make sure that I was kept informed during the whole ordeal. Even after multiple phone calls (probably to the point of annoyance), Rob was always able to answer technical questions about the product and the installation to make sure what I got is what I wanted. Whatever was wrong, Rob made it right.

I am just very satisfied that there are people out there who are still looking out for their customers like Rob.
