Well it seems my ETA is fighting me as hard as possible to let me get it running. Long story short after not passing emissions I've gone through a "new" AFM (Thanks Matt), rotor, cap, plugs and wires. Then about 2 weeks ago I go to start the car and nothing. I've tried a new ECU and Ingintion coil. Its getting spark and the fuel pumps are fine and working. Anyone have any ideas or recomend a shop to take it to cause I'm lost as to what to do next.

It just cranks over and doesnt start, or no crank at all?
No PMs. Email through forum please.
Just because your fuel pump is working doesn't mean you are getting gas to the cylinder. Check to see if the injectors are actually working.

I just checked the ohm resistance of the injectors and they all are within limits including the coldstart.
Did you check to see if someone lifted your engine? We are in the ATL...

Yup you were right I just went and double checked and low and behold someone put a honda engine in my e30!! haha but really i've still had no luck figuring this out.
My old E30 used to do that occasionally. It had something to do with the idle controller, I think. But I had this mickey mouse fix where I would disconnect wire plug to the idle valve and crank it a few times and then hook it back up and the damn thing would start. Every few months it would happen again. I know it sounds stupid, but it worked for me and it's a cheap thing to try at least.
Well shit I'll try that out, at this point anything is a possiblity and I'm crossing my fingers hoping I figure this out.
Looks like the mickey mouse fix didn't work, thanks for the suggestion anyways. I just rechecked all the ohm resistance at the injectors and the cold start injector is coming up at about 4.4ohms when in the book it says they should be between 2-3ohms.
When you say the fuel pumps are working, do you mean they are merely humming or that you have nice pressure at the injector rail? You can disconnect your primary coil wire so the engine won't have any spark and have someone crank it while you (only part way) loosen the hose to the cold start injector. You should get a sharp stream of fuel. If you do, then use 12 v to trigger the cold start injector for two or three seconds and spray some fuel into the manifold. It should start and run for a few seconds until the fuel is used up. Then you would know that you're getting fuel to the engine, but the injectors weren't working or the fuel rail/pressure regulator were screwing up. If you've got spark and gas and the cam belt's not broken or your new distributor cap isn't falling off, the thing should light up.
when you say use 12v to trigger, how would I do that?
Hook a jump lead to one terminal and ground the other side, with the plug disconnected of course.
Checked the cold start and it sprays fine and no leaks but the thing still won't start. what else could cause this? Would a bad ICV stop the car from starting?
Alright well does anyone have any shops they would recommend cause I've done all I can think of
