SoCal - inexpensive custom exhaust shop?

I don't mind doing some driving or making a day project out of it...

I'm going to be installing a pair of headers on my car (no output flange), and figure I'll just do a full-out custom exhaust setup. I'm looking for a shop to do the entire package for me, and possibly a custom "track pipe" setup for track days as well.

Looking for a recommendation for a shop that does good custom work like this for a reasonable price, and would be willing to fabricate a track pipe (that I would leave the shop with in my back seat of course).

    Anybody got a suggestion?

Call Renner Motorsport. (310) 673-8492. Right off the 405 and Manchester. They are complete repair/performance shop specializing in fabrication and forced induction.

One of my best friends, Ivo (Eeee-voh) is the owner and he's total gearhead/enthusiast/nut that races. Tell him "Kadosh" sent you and he'll take great care of you.

Catback won't work, I need someone to install the header and weld it to the rest of the system (no output flange)... plus I want a custom track pipe made.

Performance Muffler on Lincoln in Santa Monica will do it for you. Ask for Manny, they are pretty good welders over there....and will pretty much do anything you ask for.

Have you considered Ed Hansen's? They do good work there, although they may be a bit on the pricey side....

I have, and they are a bit pricey. I have connections with a shop about a block away from them that does a lot of business, I'm having him see what it would cost him, and he's supposed to get back to me. We'll see...
