Rare bimmer pics from the "BMW Spring Break" meet in Sweden.

Here are the pictures I took yesterday at the "BMW Spring Break" that was held at Mantorp Park, the most famous track in Sweden.
It was a mixed track/show event and a lot of amazing cars showed up.

The orange E24 6-series in those pictures had a E39 M5 V8 engine!

Some of the cars I saw:
*About 30+ Alpinas in total (pretty cool when they all lined up).
*3 Alpina E30's, 1 B6 2.8 and 2 B6 3,5's. All were red.
*At least 30-35 E30 M3's. Some were track rats, and some really rare ones like a EVO II.
*A handful of E34 M5's and a bunch of E34 Alpinas. I loved them all!
*A new E60 Alpina B5. 500hp V8 anyone?
*3 M3 E46 CSL's.
*2 02 Turbo's.
*2 E30 320is, mine and another one! I never raced mine though.

I started off early at 5.45 in the morning since I had a 140 mile trip to get to the meet.
A few local bimmers joined me, among them a sweet E21 323i and a E28 M535i:

We arrived at Mantorp about 2½ hours later, and the first car I saw was a black M3 E46 CSL, and 2 brand new Z4M's.
Way to start the day off!

This E34 M5 was in jaw-dropping condition. It had a engine compartment to kill for!

Alpina E30 B6 2.8 - Biturbo! With an turbocharged M30 engine, this car flew by E60 M5's on the track!

Wow those pics look good. Reminds me of bimmerfest over here. You mentioned something about track time afterwards? Man I wish I could have been there.
