Power mirror problems.. need someones help

I'm not sure how this happened, but the drivers side mirror only goes right or left. When I push the button

up it goes left
down it goes right
right it goes right
left it goes left

I don't get it.

Fixed the problem.. I pulled the glass mirror off, unscrewed 4 phillips head screws and pulled out the motor assembly. There was a wire that was slightly pulled out in the back. Fixed the problem, I'm happy.
