exhaust piping for US S50 powered M3

    Hey guys

I've just made a custom exhaust for my S50 swapped E30. I used 2.5" stainless steel pipe with mandrel bends with a highflow cat and a stock E36M3 muffler at the end.

Do you guys think this setup will be restrictive? if so how bad?

    Thanks
    Alex

What did you have to begin with? or is this just part of the swap over. The only real way to know is by testing before and after. You used mandrel bends, so thats good. how many bends did it take? (insert tootsie pop line here)

2 mandrel bends (about 45 degree each) and 2 crush bends (11 degree each - shouldn't be that bad)

Shouldn't be too bad. I might consider going to an aftermarket muffler as well. Of course I am no expert, and testing is the only way to be 100%.
