Well I'm in SoCal, and I was wondering where would be the best place to purchase some rear wheel bearings for my m3 (97 e36). The stealer quoted me 130 for each bearing (assael BMW), and was wondering if anybody knows of any place that sells them for cheaper. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
I got mine from pacific bmw for under $100. I think it was $80

Did you go to the actual dealer to purchase it? Or did you use mailorder?Originally Posted by fast4d
Check any good auto parts retailer (NAPA). Bearings are made only by a few companies. If you can research the actual bearing number, you can get them at a bearing supply house.
I think bimmerparts.com has the best price. Even cheaper than I can get a dealer cost.
http://www.bimmerpartswholesale.com - $84 shipped.

I can get you a wheel bearing for 75 shipped to you. I just had to put one on my 96 m3. What a pain in the butt it was. Anyway, I work for a small high line car dealer here in Charlotte NC. We have a whole sale account with a German auto parts dealer hear in town, so we get some very good prices. Let me know if you would be interested.
