The car has always run perfectly. I made a very fast and hard left U-turn the other day and coming out of the turn the car stalled. After I restarted, the car wouldn't idle at all. I had to two foot it all the way to work, but before I got there I decided to try and turn on the A/C so it would raise the idle and it worked. Then I turned off the A/C and it was idling fine. What do you think happened and what can I do to prevent it from happening again?

How much gas did you have in the tank? Maybe it was fuel starvation

I don't know why it didn't idle after you stalled it initially, but could the initial stall be a result of fuel starvation? Were you low on fuel?
Does fuel starvation happen on left hand turns or right hand turns? I can't remember.
If you look at this vid:

I did a handbrake slide and my car died, After restarting it ran fine but still stalled when i did the slide... idk why it wouldnt run good after...
I had about a half tank. The key is that turning on the AC, then back off made it idle. I was thinking IAC.

it could be the iac.. but remember when you turn the AC on the idle gets bumped up anyway.. maybe it got bumper up high enough to unstick whatever was stuck.. did you get a CEL?

Nope, no CEL. I may clean the IAC. Thanks everybody.
