    Unhappy Tail light failure issue....

The OBC has been giving me a tail light failure for the past few days. But, the problem is.... all the light are on?

What the heck could the problem be? I made sure I got the right bulbs.

    Please me!

    TIA!!

    Yes
If the OBC says "Brake Light Circuit," the brake lights will still work. You will have to replace the brake light switch above the brake pedal.

Did you install clear taillights? Cars with check control (such as yours) may have issues with certain aftermarket clear taillights.

I have had the same problem off and on. The lights work, but you still get the error.

Apparently the diagnostics are very sensitive to the resistance in the curcuits or whatever. Take the bulbs out and clean the contact points real good and reinstall them and the error message shoud go away. If that fails, just kick the car a few times.
