Wagon Works usually has a long queue so if you need it done nowish, you might have to rule that out.

Wagon Works is the best in that area; but as stated, from what I hear they have a line normally.

You should also try First Choice. A few blocks away from wagon works and do the same job as far as quality goes, however, their wait is not as long.

Wagonworks jacked up my GF's paint job and took over 45 days to repair a dent some lady in an SUV put into it while backing up.

They were very good about acknowleding their mistake, apologizing and fixing it but they also said that they replaced her mirror that was damaged and obviously didn't among some other small little things.

Once done, the work was superior but I've got mixed reviews on their handling of the whole situation.

Wagon Works definetly doesn't have te same reputation they used to have mainly because they've got so big over the past couple of yrs. That's why I suggest First Choice all the time, I'm in no way affiliated with them, but I just think that they do a better/same quality job that wagz is known for, but in a timely manner.

Okay, if I take it to WagonWorks, insurancfe will only cover up to a certain amount, and I'll have to pay out of pocket for any additional costs since WW isnt affiliated with State Farm.

Should I bite the bullet and take it to BMW of Fairfax? Or should I try to see if First Choice is under their list of approved shops?

I'm telling you I would take it to D&V auto body. They well work with you. Trust me. Tell them brandon sent you. They do great work. Trust me on this one. Just take it there and see what they can do for you. They give free estimates.

Take it to Artisan Autobody in manassas park. My friend Kevin owns the shop, it just opened, and he's been doing my bodywork for like 5 years now. He's a great guy, and will fix it right the first time. Never had to take my car back for little issues. You also won't have to wait a long time to get it fixed.

703-594-2074. Tell him Larry with the silver M3 sent you.
