Nice looking car. So it has the m52 in it? I know mustang dynos read low, but I thought it was only by about 10-15% as compared to the dynojets... what are the numbers if they were converted (approx.) to that of what a dynojet would read? I KNOW that 149 rwhp is WAY low for a m52, which is why I'm asking for clarification . I like the car though, and the idea of putting the badge back on... I just took the 325i badge off mine, which makes me smile because it has a single exhaust like yours does .
well i personally don't know! there was a local guy that did a mustang dyno and he got a 138whp and he then went on a dyno jet and made just about 170whp which is almosttly stock but with a intake. so with i would probably say close to 190whp but correct me if im wrong... yeah people get confused when they lose to a 318!!! hahah
95 318is - m52 powered, 97 328is - M-package, 01 540iT/6speed
i got 282 hp out of 328i convertible my mods are: vf supercharger kit 5 to 6 psi puley, m50 intake manifold, supersprint stainles steel header, bilsten performance full suspension kit front and rear, handles realy good at 170 mph thats when i taped out, m3 front beaks swap, 4lbs lighten flywheel, oil i use is royal purple full syntetic 10w30, lsd 3.15 gear ratio, no a/c unit and no ac belt,..its my every day car i drive to work, it has 236k miles on it, im realy happy with it, it kils 07 sti subaru thing on the freeway, also kils shelby mustan 07. my goal is to reach 430+hp by the end of this year. i have standalon engine manegmant system redy to go for custom tooning, cost me 4000$, instad of inter cooler im gona go with methenal straight injection system, and a custom straight out piping exhaust.
do you have an aftercooler-- how much boost are you producing?

ill be puting 11psi pounds of bost, but my machanic thinks its to mutch he realy wanst to go with 10, to be safe, so i had to show him that red 328 that can put out 636hp and still be safe, and my machanic said that, its realy impresive, becouse last time he was tooning m3 and as soon as he went over 500hp at 515hp he bented conecting rods on the dyno, i told him that 328's conecting rods are shorter there for stronger than m3, he looked in to that and said ok. my vortech supercharger can take up to 15 psi, but if you want more than that lets say 50psi. you have to send it back to vortech for them to re do the gears inside.
but right now as i have no after cooler and. im producing 6 psi

ok so my car is a 98 328i when i got the car the guy told me that it had m3 cams and a shark tune. now i am begining to think that the tune was a lie or he took it out. if you look at it it looks my my vvt is kicking in to soon since the car seems to like above 4 grand
mods are obd1 intake m3 cams and 5 speed swap, stock clutch and flywheel 3.91 lsd and a shark tune,, i think..... its up in the air, it had a 6500 rev limiter which i thought shark got rid of that. i have stock exhaust, underdrive pullies,
is this hp right? seam really low but i could be wrong. and imput of the afr and drop offs would be great.
