13 year old windshield with small pits and Dragstrip window paint = no bueno

So my 13 year old M3 has some small pits in the windshield that I never noticed until the annoying Yellow drag strip paint got stuck in it lol. I left it on for a few days cause the car was parked and when I went to take it off, DAMN that paint was a pita! Finally got a metal type sponge, worked like a charm on most all of it, but to no avail I still cannot get the yellow paint out of the tiny pits in the windshield, its pretty much ridiculous.

So how can I get it off?

Ahh your major analism syndrome is getting bad again, you need to see the doc!
Use soap and warm water you can take a rag and let it lay on the glass to let it soak for a while it will come off after it has soaked for a while.
