Can it reset the airbag light or tell exactly what part of the airbag system failed? (bumpers, seat pads, etc..) - Or is that a stealer only thing?

I found this tool again when I was cleaning my room today .

I just realized/remembered the buyer never paid up and the transaction has never completed. Talk about my faulty memory
