    E39 Fuel Filter Location?

    I went to perform this maintenance and I can't figure out where it is. It isn't in the same place as the E36.

    Check under the driver's seat area underneath the car, just inboard of the frame rail. You may have to remove an access panel. I am pretty sure that's where the E39s have it, but I'm not 100% sure of that.
