    WTB or what to know of a good Z3 performance exhaust for 2.8?

    I have been wanting to get a performance exhaust that is good sounding for our 98 Z3 2.8. I have UUC TSe for my E36 328is and I really like the sound it makes out of that 2.8 and i am wondering if it will fit the Z3. If any of you know of info on this or of any selling a performance exhuast that sounds nice, then please let me know!

    Hi Nathan,

    I use to have supersprint and now have Hiop racetec one. Supersprint was great at first but then developp a drowning noise around 2000-2500rpm which was a bit annoying. Hiop is very good so far (3000miles) and seems to have a better design. The lign (from the cat) goes a bit more toward the outside than the SS which means they didnt have to reduce the diameter to go under the subframe. Noise is very nice too, I think I have a sound clip on the board. Remus and eisenmann are also good alternative.

    Does anybody have any clips of any aftermarket exhaust on a 2.8? Everything I've found are dead links. I'm planning to get a 97-99Z in the Spring... Thanks.

    I'm not sure what to ask, the exhaust has been sitting @ ICSPerformance since I installed a custom 3" turbo exhaust.

    If you want it - make me a reasonable offer and its yours...
